Understanding the Dual Specialization System
In the 2nd Year of the AKTU MBA programme, students choose TWO distinct functional specialization streams (for example, Marketing and Information Technology, or Finance and HR). Under both chosen specializations, students are required to study all prescribed courses:
Semester 3 Curriculum 7 Papers + Project
- Universal Core: BMB 301 Strategic Management
- Specialization 1: All 3 Elective Subjects (e.g., BMB MK 01, 02, 03)
- Specialization 2: All 3 Elective Subjects (e.g., BMB IT 01, 02, 03)
- Internship: BMB 308 Summer Training Project Report & Viva
Semester 4 Curriculum 5 Papers + Capstone
- Mandatory Core: BVE 401 Universal Human Values & Ethics
- Specialization 1: Both Advanced Courses (e.g., BMB MK 04 & 05)
- Specialization 2: Both Advanced Courses (e.g., BMB IT 04 & 05)
- Capstone: BMB 406 Research Project Report & Viva (300 Marks)
